All orders are packed and shipped from Auckland, NZ.
Standard shipping is available nationwide and includes tracking.

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Flat rate: $10 NZD (free over $100)

Product Care

Your pieces are made with 18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel using PVD technology, meaning they’re waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and designed to move with you.

That said, a little care goes a long way:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, chlorine, or harsh chemicals

• Store in a dry pouch or provided keepsake box when not in use

• Wipe down with a soft cloth to keep the shine

• Basically: wear them, live in them, treat them like your favourite outfit

Returns/Refunds

We want you to love your Semi-Social pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

• Please note returns for change of mind are not accepted! 

  Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), we only will offer a refund, repair, or replacement if the item is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described
    

  • Not fit for purpose

• We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging

• Final sale items, including sale items, gift cards and/or anything marked “imperfect,” are not eligible for return or exchange
